1. What is the FIDELITY Green Rewards Program?

The Fidelity Green Rewards Programme is a customer rewards programme from Fidelity Bank PLC designed to express our gratitude to our loyal customers. Customers can earn loyalty points by simply carrying out transactions (bill payments, airtime purchase, funds transfer, etc.) on any of our alternative banking channels such as the Fidelity Mobile App, Fidelity ATMs, Fidelity POSs, Fidelity *770# (Instant Banking), etc. Points earned can be redeemed for exciting items in our catalogues on the Green Rewards Mart.

2. Is there any cost for participating in Fidelity Green Rewards Programme?

No. The programme is offered at no cost to customers.

3. If a customer holds more than one applicable Fidelity Bank product/service, would he/she be automatically linked to the same Fidelity Green Rewards account?

Yes, as long as these accounts/products/services are all linked to one unique customer.

4. Do I have to be resident in Nigeria to benefit from this programme?

Yes. This programme is only for Fidelity Bank customers resident in Nigeria.

5. What is the process for accruing Fidelity Green Reward Points?

Reward Points can be accrued when you carry out a qualifying transaction that meets the requirements for points award.

6. How do I redeem my Fidelity Green Reward Points?

Green Reward Points can be redeemed by logging on to the Green Rewards platform and activating your profile, after which you will see loyalty points you have been awarded and carry out redemptions.

The platform can be accessed via loyalty.Fidelitybank.ng .

7. How do I receive the item selected from the Green Rewards Portal?

Customers can enjoy the privilege of having items they have redeemed their points for, delivered to their stated address(es) within a maximum period of fifteen (15) working days or they can pick them up at the vending partner-store, in line with the delivery preferences indicated by them at the cart check-out point.

8. Can I change my username/membership number?

The username/membership number cannot be changed and they are unique to every customer.

9. What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link to prompt a password reset. A link would be sent to your registered email address.

10. How would I know my Fidelity Green Reward Points balance?

When you activate your profile on the rewards portal, a rewards wallet is created for you where you can view your accrued points balance. Every loyalty point you earn by carrying out eligible transactions, will be stored in your rewards wallet.

11. Do I need a loyalty card to join the Fidelity Green Rewards Programme?

Loyalty cards are not required to join the Green Rewards Programme. To be part of the programme, simply open a Fidelity individual current/savings account and your enrolment details will be sent to your registered email address(es). Upon receipt of your enrolment details, please activate your profile.

12. Must I redeem my points each time I carry out a qualifying transaction?

It is not compulsory to redeem points on every qualifying transaction. However, it is compulsory you redeem your loyalty points within the stipulated period to avoid forfeiture of points.

13. How long can I keep my Fidelity Green Reward Points?

You can keep your Fidelity Green Reward Points for a maximum period of 300 days. However, if your points are not redeemed within the stated period above, they expire and will be automatically deducted from your points balance.

Your Fidelity Green Reward Points will be forfeited after it is deducted from your Rewards account and/or when your bank account goes dormant.

14. When will my Fidelity Green Reward Points reflect in my account?

Your Green Rewards wallet will be credited at the end of every month with loyalty points accrued in the course of the month.

15. What do I do when I lose my Reward Points?

16. When can I start accumulating points?

You start accumulating points on the Fidelity Green Rewards Programme by simply carrying out your transactions (bill payments, airtime purchase, funds transfer, etc.) on any of our alternative banking channels such as the Fidelity mobile app, Fidelity ATMs, Fidelity POSs, Fidelity *770# (Instant Banking), etc.

However, you will need to activate your profile on the Green Rewards portal to access your points and redeem same.

17. Can I exchange Fidelity Green Reward Points for cash? When can I start redeeming?

No, you cannot exchange Fidelity Green Reward Points for cash.

Rewards on the Fidelity Green Rewards Programme are strictly points based and these points can be redeemed for exciting items in our catalogues on the Green Rewards Mart.

18. Is the Green Rewards programme available to everyone?

The Fidelity Green Rewards Programme is available to all individual customers of the bank who run individual current/savings accounts and carry out transactions (bill payments, airtime purchase, funds transfer, etc.) on any of our alternative banking channels such as the Fidelity Mobile App, Fidelity ATMs, Fidelity POSs, Fidelity *770# (Instant Banking), etc.

19. How do I activate my profile on the Green Rewards portal?

Simply sign-in to the Fidelity Green Rewards portal with your membership ID and the unique password sent to your registered email address(es) or access the Green Rewards Portal from your Online Banking and Mobile Applications.
